The Cincinnati community known as Tusculum lies east of the city on the Ohio River. You might consider buying property there; while it’s a working class neighborhood these days, it is almost certain to be gentrified in the coming years, much in the mold of Hell’s Kitchen.

This tunnel enables pedestrians to pass under railroad tracks, toward the river. A man and his basset hound came through, and were kind enough to allow me to take a photograph.
